Interlogix 60-744-95R / NetworX NX-695 Water Sensor:

Press the end button to remove the cover, then remove and replace 2 AAA Alkaline batteries.

Interlogix / Ecolink TX-E611 Flood Freeze Sensor:

Remove from the mounting bracket and backplate as shown below, then remove and replace CR2450 3-Volt Lithium battery.
