Will someone come and uninstall my panel at my current location?
No, the panel must remain in the prior residence to prevent unnecessary damage that removal can cause.
If there is a security system in my new home, am I able to use that instead?
A new system is highly recommended when moving services to a new home. However, if the system in your new home is compatible, our technician may be able to reactivate the system. Please contact our team of move specialists for further assistance.
Am I able to keep my existing home monitored while settling into my new home?
Should you need us to continue monitoring your prior residence for an extended period, please contact us for further assistance.
How far in advance of my move should I schedule my installation appointment?
We recommend scheduling your installation as soon as possible, ensuring a minimum of 20 days’ advance notice before your move. Please contact us for scheduling questions.
