The purchase of a new system is required to move Brinks Home services from one location to another. You can take existing eligible wireless equipment with you to be installed in your new home.
Can I install the new security system myself or do I need a professional installer?
To ensure equipment is properly installed in your new home, a professional installation is required to move services.
When would my bill be due for the selected equipment and installation fee?
Any charges associated with your equipment and installation will be due at the time of installation.
When will my service start at the new location?
Protection at your new home begins at the time the installation of your new system is complete.
Once I start this move process, am I able to reschedule my installation should something happen with my closing?

Will someone come and uninstall my panel at my current location?
No, the panel must remain in the prior residence to prevent unnecessary damage that removal can cause.
If there is a security system in my new home, am I able to use that instead?
