Troubleshooting

No Response

  1. Verify enrollment:
    • Open your panel’s Devices or Sensors menu.
    • Confirm the keyfob appears in the enrolled devices list.
  2. Check battery:
    • Replace the CR2032 cell if voltage is below 3 V or if the system flags low battery.
  3. Re-enroll the keyfob:
    • Put your system into sensor learning mode (refer to your panel’s manual).
    • Press and hold the keyfob buttons until you hear a beep or see a confirmation.

Poor Signal Range

  1. Move closer to the control panel and test again.
  2. Remove or reposition metal objects or electronics that may block the signal.
  3. If range remains poor, consider installing a compatible wireless repeater.

Multiple or Duplicate Entries

  1. Access the enrolled devices list in your system settings.
  2. Identify and delete any unused or duplicate keyfob entries.
  3. Re-enroll only the intended devices following the enrollment steps.

LED Indicator Issues

  1. On each button press, look for a quick LED flash:
    • A single flash indicates a healthy battery.
    • No flash indicates the battery needs replacing.
  2. If your keyfob has no LED, skip this check.
  3. After battery replacement, press any button to confirm the LED flash returns.
