Why Hasn't My Order Shipped Yet?
For all of your orders and billing questions, log in to the Customer Portal.
After logging in, click "Order Status" to see all of your past and current orders (as shown below).
Orders are usually fulfilled within 24 hours, unless you have an item with availability higher that “Ships Same Day.”
Remember, if you have chosen our award winning package it cannot be shipped until you have completed your Monitoring Information Profile so that our home security technicians can pre-configured the system to your exact specifications.
