What Is the Monitoring Agreement and Why Do I Need to Complete It Before My Testing and Training Appointment?

The monitoring agreement is a legal document ensuring that you understand the service you're paying for and that you give our monitoring stations the legal right to protect you.

Since the activation of your system is required to get you set up with our award-winning monitoring service, you must complete the agreement before this appointment to give us legal permission to provide you with our protection.

To complete your monitoring agreement, log in to your customer portal.

After you've logged in, Click Step 2 "Sign the Monitoring Agreement" to complete your agreement.
