How to Update Your Payment Method

For AutoPay Changes:

  1. Log in to the Brinks Home™ Customer Portal.
  2. Hover over My Bill, then select AutoPay Enrollment, even if you are already enrolled.
  3. Enter your new or updated information to replace any pre-existing account used for AutoPay only.

For One-Time Payment Changes:

  1. Log in to the Brinks Home Customer Portal.
  2. Hover over My Bill, then select Saved Accounts.
  3. Your saved accounts will be displayed here where you can make changes or delete accounts.

Saved accounts with a pending scheduled payment cannot be deleted until the scheduled payment is first deleted. Please allow 10 business days for all account changes. If you need additional help, you can text a Support Representative at 469.513.8685 for further assistance.
