How to Update Your Payment Method
For AutoPay Changes:
- Log in to the Brinks Home™ Customer Portal.
- Hover over My Bill, then select AutoPay Enrollment, even if you are already enrolled.
- Enter your new or updated information to replace any pre-existing account used for AutoPay only.
For One-Time Payment Changes:
- Log in to the Brinks Home Customer Portal.
- Hover over My Bill, then select Saved Accounts.
- Your saved accounts will be displayed here where you can make changes or delete accounts.
Saved accounts with a pending scheduled payment cannot be deleted until the scheduled payment is first deleted. Please allow 10 business days for all account changes. If you need additional help, you can text a Support Representative at 469.513.8685 for further assistance.
