Update Your Code Word

Follow the below steps to update your code word in the Brinks Home™ Customer Portal:

 

1. Log in to your account in the Brinks Home Customer Portal.

2. Hover your mouse over My System and click Update Code Word.

3. Enter your current code word, followed by your new code word entered twice, then select Update to complete the process.

After completing these steps, your code word has now been updated. If you experience any trouble with these steps and would like to text or chat with a Support Representative to assist you with updating your code word, please text 469.513.8685 or select the chat option below from a desktop browser.
