Factory Default
Warning! Erases everything, camera must be re-added to Alarm.com and Wi-Fi configured
Insert paper clip into reset hole and hold internal button for 15 seconds
Wi-Fi Setup by WPS Mode
1. Insert paper clip into reset hole and hold internal button 5 seconds until LED flashes blue
2. Press and release router WPS button or enable WPS in router programming
3. Camera LED turns green after 1 minute if successful
Wi-Fi Setup by Access Point
1. Insert paper clip into reset hole and hold internal button 6 seconds until LED flashes white
2. Go to smartphone Wi-Fi settings, select ALARM xx:xx:xx then press CONNECT
3. Open web browser and enter 192.168.1.1, camera menu appears, select language
4. Press SCAN FOR WI-FI NETWORKS, when found select Wi-Fi network
5. Select SECURITY KEY, enter Wi-Fi encryption key, press SAVE, then OK to exit
6. Camera green LED turns ON if successful
Hardwire Connection to Router
Connect Ethernet cable from camera to port on back of router and power up camera
Add Camera using the Brinks Home™ App Website
Note: The camera must first be connected to Wi-Fi.
1. Log in to the Brinks Home App and press Video.
2. Select Settings.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Add video device.
4. The camera should be detected. Enter the camera name, then select Install.
5. The camera is added to the network, which can take several minutes.
6. When finished, select Live View to view images from a newly installed camera.
Add Camera using the Brinks Home™ Mobile App
Note: The camera must first be connected to Wi-Fi.
1. Log in to the Brinks Home App and press Video (found under the menu icon in the top left corner.
2. Select Settings by pressing the Gear icon in the upper, right-hand corner.
3. Select Add video device, then select your compatible device type.
4. The camera should be detected. Enter the camera name, then select Next.
5. The camera may take several minutes to configure.
6. When finished, select Live View to view images from a newly installed camera.
Troubleshooting
- Power cycle the camera by unplugging and plugging in power adapter
- Move closer to Wi-Fi router
- If issues persist, try resetting the camera to factory default

- Solid Green = Local network and Internet connection ok
- Flashing Green = Local network connection ok, Internet connection bad
- Solid Red = No local network or Internet connection
- Flashing Red = Camera booting
- Flashing Blue = Camera in WPS Wi-Fi learn mode
- Flashing White = Camera in Wi-Fi AP learn mode
- Flashing Yellow = Camera in Bluetooth Pairing mode
