1. Enter Master Code then press 8

2. Enter User 3 to 6

3. Wait 5 seconds to delete

4. Keypad beeps if successful

Vista-15 and Vista-20

1. Enter Master Code then press 8

2. Enter User 03 to 14

3. Wait 5 seconds to delete

4. Keypad beeps if successful

Vista-10P, Vista-15P, Vista-20P and Vista-21iP

1. Enter Master Code then press 8

2. Enter User

• Vista-10P = User 03 to 17
• Vista-15P = User 03 to 33
• Vista-20P = User 04 to 32 for Partition 1, User 34 to 49 for Partition 2
• Vista-21iP = User 04 to 32 for Partition 1, User 34 to 49 for Partition 2

3. Press # then 0 to delete

4. keypad beeps if successful
