How to Resolve a Tamper Condition on a 2GIG GB1E-345 Glassbreak Detector

Follow the below instructions to replace the cover on your sensor which will resolve the tamper error.

A tamper error is when the sensor reads that the cover is not fully secured, which is detected by a spring that must be depressed for the cover to read closed.

You will also need to clear the error from the panel memory. Once the cover has been replaced, see instructions for GC2 GoControl - Silence Reset Trouble.
