Bryan Grzeck joined Brinks Home™ in December 2025 as Senior Vice President and Chief Sales Officer. In his role, Bryan leads sales strategy across all channels, driving growth through unified leadership of the company’s Direct-to-Home and Direct-to-Consumer programs. He is responsible for advancing Brinks Home’s sales transformation, including the continued expansion of BHX™, the company’s innovative recruiting and sales enablement platform built to support the next generation of sales professionals.

Bryan has over 15 years of experience building and managing large-scale sales organizations in the smart home and security industry. Before joining Brinks Home, he served as Executive Vice President of Direct Sales and Dealer Operations at SafeStreets. During his tenure, he oversaw national direct sales channels, finance teams, and dealer programs.

Bryan began his career in customer retention before moving into direct sales, where he developed a deep understanding of the entire customer lifecycle. His experience combines hands-on field insight with a data-driven leadership approach, enabling him to build high-performing teams and scalable sales systems.

Outside of work, Bryan enjoys spending time with his family and staying active in his community.
