Philip Kolterman joined Brinks Home™ in 2021 to manage the digitalization of the customer experience. Today, as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer, Philip leads a team that identifies opportunities and executes programs designed to create a successful balance between operational excellence and the ideal customer experience.

Under Philip's leadership, Brinks Home has modernized the customer experience and simplified its technology ecosystem—introducing the security industry's first Voice Digital Agent, launching BHX™, and implementing a new cloud-based ERP platform. These initiatives have grown customer self-service adoption from 14% to 55% of transactions, improving satisfaction while freeing team members for higher-value work.

With more than 20 years of experience in technology, Philip previously worked in telecommunications on IT, digital, and operational transformation programs, following 10 years as an operational leader managing teams across business intelligence, center, and field operations.
