Veronica Moturi began her career as a customer service phone agent. In 2012, she joined Brinks Home™ as Manager, Consumer Affairs, and has since advanced to her current role as Senior Vice President, Customer Experience.
Leveraging what she learned as a frontline representative and her deep understanding of the security industry, Veronica strategizes and executes initiatives aimed at reducing attrition, enhancing customer lifetime value, and improving both the customer and employee experiences. She is dedicated to not only transforming the call center through universal agents, career pathing, and technology-enhanced learning, but also developing a team-focused environment committed to the shared goal of fostering a best-in-class customer experience.
Veronica’s leadership and passion have earned her recognition, including being named to Security Systems News’ “40 Under 40” and Industry Tech Outlook's “10 Most Admired Women Leaders 2024.” Veronica prides herself on building an innovative culture and championing solutions centered around our customers, employees, and core values.
When not at work, Veronica enjoys exploring new restaurants and spending time with her husband and two kids.
