How to Remove a Z-Wave Device from the Lynx Touch

1. Press Automation, then Tools.

2. Press Exclude Devices, then enable Z-Wave delete mode on your device.

3. As the system enters Z-Wave exclusion mode, trigger the sensor you want the system to learn. Steps for triggering common sensors are shown below. To skip to the final step, click here.

Yale Touchscreen Deadbolt:

  1. Touch the screen with the back of your hand or fingers to activate the lock.
  2. Enter the 8-digit master PIN code, then press the gear icon. The lock should play a happy tone.
  3. Press 7, then press the gear icon again, and another happy tone will sound.
  4. Press 1, then press the gear icon, triggering a third happy tone and exit.
