Troubleshooting Cameras

    • Moving the Wi-Fi router closer to the camera or vice versa.
    • Using a signal extender to bridge the gap.

  1. Press Menu until you hear “Menu, use volume buttons to scroll through options.”

  2. Press + until “Factory reset, press Menu to activate” plays; press Menu.
    Select Factory reset
  3. Press Menu again to confirm; you’ll hear “Resetting.”
