  • Changes to your Wi-Fi network, such as a new router or updated credentials, require reconnecting the camera.

Troubleshooting Cameras

    • Moving the Wi-Fi router closer to the camera or vice versa.
    • Using a signal extender to bridge the gap.
  • For signal obstruction by dense materials:
    • Reposition the camera to improve the signal path.
