Bear in mind that your monthly monitoring rate has not been affected by this fee at all. This is related to the impact of increased costs associated with overall changing technology and maintenance of your alarm system. We always want to ensure that your system is working at its optimal state, has an extensive lifespan, and that we can continue to provide the fastest alarm response time as the safety of your home is our top priority.
