Announcing our New and Improved Help Center
We’ve improved our Brinks Home™ Help Center to make it easier for customers to find the answers they need. Not only does it have a new look, but an entirely new feel. Here are some of the things you can expect with our new Help Center:
Easier Navigation
Finding what you need has never been easier thanks to our new visual-based navigation. First, identify the product you need help with. Then, select the appropriate category to quickly surface relevant articles. For example, if you need help adding a camera to your system, click the Add/Connect quick link under Cameras & Video for a list of articles related to that subject.
Refreshed Design
Not only did we modernize the Help Center’s design with new graphics, we refreshed the layout by placing common subjects at the top so you can be easily directed to the right article. We also moved the search bar to the bottom of the page, and sections like the Knowledge Base and Promoted Articles have been removed so that our intuitive selection is at the forefront. Similar to the previous Help Center, our new pages provide step-by-step instructions so you can find the answers you’re looking for.. We have also added a wealth of in-depth instructional videos that make it easier to learn about your system and our products.
