What is a 24-Hour Zone?

When you designate something to be a 24-hour zone, it remains active and operational 24 hours per day whether the system is armed or disarmed.

This allows continuous monitoring for events that should alarm the system whether you are home or away, asleep or awake.

Popular devices programmed under this zone are smoke or carbon monoxide detectors, panic buttons, and low-temperature sensors.
