Reset Your Password in the Mobile App

Use these steps to request a reset link and choose a new password:

  1. Open the Brinks Home App and tap Login Help in the bottom right corner.
  2. Tap Login Help

  3. Enter your account email or username, then tap Submit.
  4. Enter Email or Username

  5. Open the email from Brinks Home™, tap the Change Password button in the email message.
  6. Tap Change Password in Email

  7. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter and confirm your new password.
  8. Reset Password Screen
