IQ Panel 2—Facial Recognition

Requirements

IQ Panel 2 with firmware version 2.3.0 and higher

Disarm Photos must be enabled in Advanced Settings / Installation / Camera Settings

Alarm.com Customer website notification Unexpected Activity must be enabled

Each person disarming system must have their own access code

Setup

1. From customer website press SETTINGS

2. Press FACE RECOGNITION

3. Press GET STARTED

4. 10 disarm images are required to analyze before enabling, click images to review

5. Press CHECK to accept image or X to reject then press SAVE

6. Once all 10 images are created face recognition is enabled

7. If unidentified user disarms with valid user code the master user receives an email
