Invalid Primary Email on Your GC2 Panel

If you are seeing an "Invalid Primary Email" error, it means the email associated with your Brinks Home™ or Alarm.com account may be incorrect or outdated.

How to Resolve

Verify and Update Your Email

  1. Log in to the Alarm.com website or the Brinks Home™ mobile app.
  2. Go to Settings and locate the primary email section.
  3. Ensure the email listed is correct. If not, update it with a valid email address.

Resend Account Confirmation Email

  1. Check your email inbox (and spam/junk folders) for a confirmation email from Alarm.com.
  2. If you did not receive an email, click Resend Confirmation in the settings.
