If you receive a "Customer Not Logged In" message, this means you have not yet logged into your Alarm.com account to complete the account creation process. Logging in is required to access all features and notifications.
How to Resolve
Recovering Your Login Information
- Open the Brinks Home™ mobile app or visit the Alarm.com website.
- Click on Login Help.
- Use the Forgot Password and Forgot Username options to retrieve your login credentials.
- Once you receive your login details, log into Alarm.com.
- Complete your account setup to ensure full access to your security system.
