IQ4 Panel - No Armings Detected
If your IQ4 panel has not been armed in the past two weeks, you may receive a notification. Regularly arming your system ensures optimal security and helps prevent issues with monitoring and system status.
How to Arm Your IQ4 System
To arm your system, follow these steps:
- On the main screen, click the green “System Disarmed” icon.
- Select either “Arm Stay” or “Arm Away”.
- Arm Stay: This mode secures all door and window sensors but does not activate motion detectors, allowing you to move freely inside.
- Arm Away: This mode secures all door and window sensors as well as motion detectors, ensuring full protection when no one is home.
Recommended System Testing
To ensure your system is working correctly, we recommend testing it at least once a month. Follow these steps to perform a system test:
- Tap the time and date at the top of the screen.
- Select Settings.
- Click Advanced Settings and enter your Master Code.
- Choose System Tests, then click Cellular Test.
