What to Do if the IQ4 Hub is Not Responding
If your IQ4 Hub Panel is not responding, you will need to power cycle the panel. Hold the right side power button for 30 seconds to reboot the panel.
The system will reboot, at which point touchscreen responsiveness is expected to return.
Note: performing a hard reboot may result in data corruption and/or panel failure. Only use this when absolutely necessary.
