Troubleshooting
Address common issues you might encounter.
"No Armings" Notification Doesn't Clear
- Ensure you have completed at least one full arming cycle (arming the system, then disarming it at a later time).
- The notification may take up to 48 hours to fully clear from all system reporting after a successful arming event.
Unable to Arm the System
- Check the panel display for any open zones (e.g., "Front Door Open"). All protected doors and windows must be closed before the system can be armed.
- Check for any system trouble conditions (e.g., AC Power Loss, a sensor with a low battery) that may need to be resolved before the system will allow you to arm it.
