Follow the below steps for assistance logging in to the Brinks Home™ Protect America Mobile App:

1. If you haven't already, download the Brinks Home Mobile App for Apple or Android.

2. Open the app and click Recover Password in the bottom right of the screen.

3. Enter your account username, phone number, and email address, then click Next.

4. You will receive an email from Brinks Home | Protect America—copy the temporary password, and return to the app to log in to your account.
