Total Connect 2.0 App Login Help

Follow the below steps for assistance logging in to the Total Connect 2.0 Mobile App:

1. If you haven't already, download the Total Connect 2.0 for Apple or Android.

2. Open the app and click Problems signing in? underneath the sign in button.

3. Click Forgot your username? or click Forgot your password? depending on the information you need.

4. If you forgot your password, simply enter your username. If you need to recover your username, you will be asked to enter your email or phone number associated with your account. You will receive an email within 30 minutes.
