*Offer valid for new customers. Credit approval required for residential customers. 36-month Monitoring Service Agreement required.  Ownership of site for system installation (home or business) required. Promotional pricing applies to service rates only and excludes taxes, permit fees and other charges, including cost recovery fee and $19 activation fee.  The Customer is solely responsible for all costs associated with returning the System to Brinks Home Security™ (including uninstallation and the cost of shipping the System back to Brinks Home Security). C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted. Customer may terminate the Agreement and receive a refund of the amount originally paid for the System less outbound shipping, discounts, taxes and services, such as monitoring, that have already been provided by Brinks Home Security through the end of the next monthly billing cycle for the Customer by returning the System and all other additional equipment to Brinks Home Security in complete, like-new, working condition within 90 days following the Date of the Agreement; otherwise, the 36-month Monitoring Service Agreement will remain in effect and the Monitoring Service will continue to be billed and payable by the Customer for the remaining term of the Monitoring Service Agreement. Customer must pay for all products and services ordered, including monitoring, until the return is processed and eligibility verified by Brinks Home Security.  Not valid on purchases from Brinks Home Security Authorized Dealers. Standard message and data rates may apply to all text alerts.  Video recordings only available for pre-selected activities. Offers may be modified or discontinued without notice. Home Complete requires the installation and/or activation of a compatible alarm system with Brinks Home Security’s monitoring service and a compatible computer, smartphone or tablet with Internet and e-mail access. Installation work performed by licensed personnel where required by law. Additional installation fees required if professionally installed.   Upon early termination by customer, Brinks Home Security may charge 80% of the monthly service charges due for the balance of the customer’s initial term. Surcharges and Fees

Cost Recovery Fee

This fee recovers costs incurred in the provision and maintenance of hardware, firmware and software to connect customer’s homes and businesses security systems to alarm monitoring networks, including costs for the replacement of customer premises security system radio equipment utilizing legacy cellular networks.

Paper Statement Fee
