Follow the below steps to find your statement delivery options in the Brinks Home Mobile App:

How to Enroll in Paperless Statements:

  1. Log in to the Brinks Home App. Tap the 3 lines in the top left corner to open the menu, then select My Account.

  3. Swipe up to scroll for all quick link options, then select Paperless Billing.

  5. Read the terms for paperless enrollment, confirm the email address being used, then tap Yes, I want to enroll in paperless billing to proceed.

  6. To confirm your selection, press Yes.

Want to Unenroll from Paperless Billing?

  1. Log in to the Brinks Home App. Tap the 3 lines in the top left corner to open the menu, then select My Account.

  3. Swipe up to scroll for all quick link options, then select Paperless Billing.

  5. Review the terms for unenrolling and returning to statements by mail. Confirm your mailing address, then tap I no longer want to be enrolled in paperless billing. Note that proceeding will subject you into the paper statement fee.
  6. Paperless Billing - If Enrolled


  7. To confirm, press Yes.

Desktop Instructions

How to Enroll in Paperless Statements:

  1. Log in to the Brinks Home™ Customer Portal, then select Paperless Billing from either the navigation pane on the left side of the screen or the quick link.

  3. On the paperless billing screen, you will see an explanation that paper statements will no longer be sent, and these will be replaced with an email reminder when a statement is available. Verify your email address, and select Yes, I want to enroll in paperless billing to proceed.

  5. You will be asked if you are sure you want to enroll in paperless billing. Click on Yes to proceed.

  7. A confirmation screen will appear showing that you have successfully enrolled in paperless billing. Press Ok to acknowledge or exit the page if no further action is required.

    Want to Unenroll from Paperless Billing?

    1. Log in to the Brinks Home™ Customer Portal, then select Paperless Billing from either the navigation pane on the left side of the screen or the quick link.

    3. On the paperless billing screen, you will see an explanation that you are about to unenroll in paperless billing and will be subject to the paper statement fee. Verify the address where paper statements will be sent, and select I no longer want to be enrolled in paperless billing to proceed.

    5. You will be asked if you are sure you want to unenroll from paperless billing. Click on Yes to proceed.

    7. A confirmation screen will appear showing that you have successfully unenrolled from paperless billing. Press Ok to acknowledge or exit the page if no further action is required.

    Not Receiving Your Paperless Statement Notifications?

    Below are a few reasons you may not be receiving your e-statement reminders.

    • • Email rules can block or filter emails to your junk, spam, or promotional folders. While email rules can serve to prevent unwanted emails, they can also inadvertantly prevent some emails you do want. Check your junk, spam, promotional, or trash folders for emails from Brinks Home and be sure to add us to your email provider's safe sender list.
    • • If you've changed jobs, finished school, or simply decided to use a different email provider, be certain your email information is up to date with Brinks Home. The best way to do this is to text a Support Representative any time at 469.513.8685.
    • • Email domain issues can affect entire email domains, and most normal email troubleshooting will not immediately correct the issue. Rest assured that your statements will always be available on the Customer Portal once your billing cycle is closed. You can also enroll in AutoPay so that a payment is never missed.
