How to Enroll in Paperless Statements:

1. Sign in to the Brinks Home™ Customer Portal.

2. Click on My Profile, then Account Summary.

3. Click on Enroll Now found next to Paperless Billing.

4. Check the box indicating you agree with the terms and conditions, then click on Enroll Now.

5. Next to Paperless Billing, you should now see "Enrolled".

Not Receiving Your Paperless Statement Notifications?

Below are a few reasons you may not be receiving your e-statement reminders.

  • • Email rules can block or filter emails to your junk, spam, or promotional folders. While email rules can serve to prevent unwanted emails, they can also inadvertantly prevent some emails you do want. Check your junk, spam, promotional, or trash folders for emails from Brinks Home and be sure to add us to your email provider's safe sender list.
  • • If you've changed jobs, finished school, or simply decided to use a different email provider, be certain your email information is up to date with Brinks Home. The best way to do this is to text a Support Representative at 469.513.8685, 7 days a week from 8 am to 8 pm CT, to update your email on file.
  • • Email domain issues can affect entire email domains, and most normal email troubleshooting will not immediately correct the issue. Rest assured that your statements will always be available on the Customer Portal once your billing cycle is closed. You can also enroll in AutoPay so that a payment is never missed.

How to Resume Paper Statements:

1. Sign in to the Brinks Home Customer Portal.

2. Click on My Profile, then Account Summary.

3. Click on Enrolled found next to Paperless Billing.

4. Read and respond to any prompts.

5. Next to Paperless Billing, you should now see the option to Enroll now, indicating you have unenrolled. Paper statements will resume the next billing cycle. Please note customers receiving paper statements will see a $4.99 paper statement fee applied to their monthly bill.
