Brinks Home AutoPay

Never miss a payment again! By enrolling in AutoPay, you will ensure that your bill is paid on time, every time.


Follow the steps below to enroll in AutoPay. Follow these same steps to overwrite existing payment information:

1. Log in to the Brinks Home™ Customer Portal.

2. Navigate to My Bill, then select AutoPay Enrollment.

3. Enter your account information in the AutoPay Enrollment form, then click Next.

4. Review and accept the terms & conditions, then click on Confirm.

How to unenroll from AutoPay:

1. Log in to the Brinks Home™ Customer Portal.

2. Navigate to My Profile, then select Account Summary.

3. Scroll down to Payment Settings and click Enrolled. This should be updated to say Enroll Now, indicating the change was made.

4. It is important to note that if your statement has already been generated, then your next payment may already be scheduled. To cancel this prior to the due date, you can text a Support Representative at 469.513.8685, 7 days a week from 8 am to 8 pm CT.
