GC2 - Customer Not Logged In
If you are seeing a notification stating that you have not logged into your Alarm.com account to finish account creation, follow the steps below to resolve this issue.
How to Log Into Your Alarm.com Account
To complete your account setup, you will need to log in using the Brinks Home mobile app or the Alarm.com website.
Step 1: Open the Brinks Home Mobile App
- Ensure that you have downloaded the Brinks Home mobile app.
- If not installed, download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Step 2: Recover Your Login Information
- From the app or website, click on Login Help.
- Select either Forgot Password or Forgot Username to retrieve your credentials.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to reset your password or recover your username.
Step 3: Log Into Your Alarm.com Account
- Once you have recovered your login details, return to the app or website.
- Enter your username and password to log in.
- Complete any remaining steps to finish setting up your account.
