What to Do if the Qolsys IQ Remote is Not Responding
If your IQ Remote is not responding, you will need to power cycle the panel. Hold the right side power button for 30 seconds to reboot the panel.
Wait 2 minutes, then press right side power button for 3 to 4 seconds to power up.
The system will reboot, at which point touchscreen responsiveness is expected to return.
