How to Update Your Emergency Contacts
Follow the below steps to update your account information, including your emergency contacts, in the Brinks Home™ Customer Portal:
- Log in to the Brinks Home Customer Portal.
- Hover your mouse over My Profile, then click Emergency Contacts.
- You will see your emergency contacts displayed by primary and secondary contacts.
- To edit a contact, click on the pencil icon to the left of the name.
- To delete a contact, click on the trash can icon to the left of the name.
Please note additions/updates to contacts are not real-time and could take up to 48 hours to take effect.
