How to Update Your Emergency Contacts

Follow the below steps to update your account information, including your emergency contacts, in the Brinks Home™ Customer Portal:

  1. Log in to the Brinks Home Customer Portal.
  2. Hover your mouse over My Profile, then click Emergency Contacts.
  3. You will see your emergency contacts displayed by primary and secondary contacts.
  4. To edit a contact, click on the pencil icon to the left of the name.
  5. To delete a contact, click on the trash can icon to the left of the name.

 

Please note additions/updates to contacts are not real-time and could take up to 48 hours to take effect.
